After more than two decades as a coach, consultant and healer, I kept seeing the same challenge.
Most coaches are passionate about helping people transform their lives, but much of their time gets consumed by administrative tasks. Following up with clients, tracking progress, sending reminders, answering questions, and trying to maintain engagement between sessions often requires multiple tools, countless hours, and ongoing effort.
The coaching session sets the stage for meaningful client breakthroughs, and real transformation can also happen in the days and weeks between appointments, when clients are putting new insights into practice, facing obstacles, building new habits, and making decisions in their everyday lives.
This is often where support and accountability can fade.
I created AscendAI Coach to help bridge that gap. My goal was to give coaches a simple way to extend their impact beyond the coaching session itself, and create a platform that helps clients stay engaged, motivated, and accountable while reducing the administrative burden on coaches.
AscendAI Coach combines client management, goal tracking, accountability tools, and AI-powered support in one place. The platform encourages consistent action through gamification, progress tracking, reminders, and personalized prompts that help clients stay focused on their goals between sessions.
When clients remain engaged, they are more likely to follow through on commitments, build momentum, and experience meaningful results, and coaches gain greater visibility into client progress, spend less time on manual follow-up, and can focus more energy on delivering high-value coaching.

With a background in Psychology, Life Coaching, EFT, Reiki, and transformational coaching methodologies, I've spent years studying what creates lasting change. AscendAI Coach brings together that experience with practical technology to help coaches serve more clients, strengthen client outcomes, and build sustainable businesses.
