7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time AscendAI Coach subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial paid charge — no questions asked.
Free Trial
AscendAI Coach offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start your trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
The 7-day refund window begins only after your trial ends and your first paid charge is processed. It does not begin at the start of the free trial period.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@ascendaicoach.com with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 2 business days and process all eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor.
Refund Eligibility
A refund will be issued when all of the following apply:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge
- The request covers a first-time subscription — not a renewal charge
- The request is made by the account holder
- You have not violated our Terms of Service in a way that disqualifies the refund
Renewal Charges
Renewal payments are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before your renewal date from your account settings. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact billing@ascendaicoach.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or abuse of this policy
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Repeated refund requests across multiple billing cycles
We will always communicate clearly if a refund request is declined and explain the reason.
